1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop or by other means (e.g., email, social media) with us as a small business operator.

3. Contract Conclusion

The product presentations on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
A contract is concluded only upon order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices.
In accordance with the small business regulation (§ 6 (1) Z 27 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
Payment can be made by prepayment, bank transfer, or other methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is made within Austria and the EU.
Details on shipping costs and delivery times can be found under Shipping Policy.
Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping company.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. More details under Right of Withdrawal.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply.
Please contact us immediately in case of defects.

9. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permissible.

10. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
The place of jurisdiction is Linz, unless mandatory consumer protection laws stipulate otherwise.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
